Youth Ministry Architects

The Youth Ministry Architects, the largest youth ministry consulting firm in the United States, provides a three day assessment for each church participating in the Youth Ministry Institute.

This consists of two consultants (including the youth minister’s coach) meeting with over ten different focus groups to determine the assets, challenges and recommendations of the local church as it relates to youth ministry. On the third day these are compiled into a report complete with an 18 month blueprint on how to enact all of the recommendations. This report is presented in person to the stakeholders in the youth ministry.
